3 Days Desert Tour From Fes to Marrakech

You will ride camels for approximately 1.5 hours into the Erg Chebbi sand dunes to reach the authentic Berber desert camp in Merzouga. During the camel ride, you will have a break on top of a dune to enjoy the views of the sunset, try sandboarding (optional), and take memorable pictures.

Upon arriving at the camp, you will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea and will have time to relax until dinner. After dinner, you will enjoy traditional Berber drumming music, the starry sky, shooting stars, campfire, and exchange cultures and histories with nomads. The tour ends with a peaceful night's sleep in a private nomadic desert tent.

As we continue on our tour, we will pass through many Berber and Arabic villages, such as Mellab, Tinjdad, and Jourf, which is famous for its wells of an old irrigation system. We will make a stop at Jourf to visit this attraction, and have lunch in Mellab or Tinjdad (optional).

Our next destination is the Todra Valley and the Todra Gorges canyons, which rise up to 300m. The power of water has carved its way through the rocks, making this gorge a popular spot for climbing and hiking. Our journey concludes for the day as we drive to Dades Gorge, where we will spend the second night of the trip, overnighting in a Riad.

On The last day of our 3-day desert tour Fez to Marrakech, We will have breakfast in breathtaking views of Dades gorge. Then continue our trip to Marrakech across Roses valley & Skoura Oasus palm groves.
The next stop will be in Ouarzazate, where we will have a small visit to the Kasbah of Taourirt and after 27 km of the road, we will reach Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site. It has been used as a backdrop for shooting numerous Hollywood Movies including “Lawrence of Arabia”, “Gladiator”, “Kingdom of Heaven”, “Prince of Persia” and much more… The Kasbahs (fortresses) reflect the Exotic Moroccan architecture & cultures.
After exploring the kasbah, we will continue a little further on High Atlas Mountains through the “Tichka pass” which will lead us to the Marrakech, where our 3 days Fes to the Sahara desert to Marrakech ends.
